Ingrédients

  • 2 cups of soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. of crushed coriander
  • 1 tsp. of onion salt
  • 1 tsp. of celery salt
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. of grape seed oil
  • 1/2 cup of white flour
  • 1 egg

Préparation

  1. Soak the sunflower seeds in water overnight for a creamier texture.
  2. Grind the rinsed sunflower seeds in a food processor.
  3. Add the other ingredients and mix in the food processor for about 1 to 2 minutes. There must be a few pieces left.
  4. Place in a loaf pan with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 40 to 55 minutes.
  5. Cool well before unmolding. Cut into 6 bars and put in your meal salad! Good on bread or crackers.
