Veggie pâté

Ingredients
2 cups of soaked sunflower seeds
1 carrot
1 small onion
1 stalk of celery
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tsp. of crushed coriander
1 tsp. of onion salt
1 tsp. of celery salt
1 juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. of grape seed oil
1/2 cup of white flour
1 egg
Method
Soak the sunflower seeds in water overnight for a creamier texture.
Grind the rinsed sunflower seeds in a food processor.
Add the other ingredients and mix in the food processor for about 1 to 2 minutes. There must be a few pieces left.
Place in a loaf pan with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 40 to 55 minutes.
Cool well before unmolding. Cut into 6 bars and put in your meal salad! Good on bread or crackers.
