Pancetta and sharp cheddar scones

Ingredients
2 cups of white flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 grated cold salted butter
3/4 of cup milk
1 cup of grated medium or strong cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of coarsely chopped cooked pancetta
Method
In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
Add the butter, cheese and pancetta, mix with your hands.
Then, stir in the milk until you get a paste.
Form a roll and cut into 12 wedges.
Line a cookie sheet with reusable parchment paper and bake at 375 F for 15 to 25 minutes.
