Ingrédients

  • 1 cup of soft salted butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup of white flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 cup of crumbled mini pretzels
  • 24 mini-pretzel

Préparation

  1. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla, until creamy.
  2. Add the dry ingredients: white flour, wheat flour, baking soda, chocolate chips and crumbled mini-pretzels.
  3. On a cookie sheet with reusable parchment paper, portion 24 small balls, flatten slightly and press a pretzel on top.
  4. Bake at 350F for 8 to 12 minutes
