Cashew Cheese

Cashew cheese is a spread, a dip, or a protein in a salad all in one.


  • 2 cups of raw cashews
  • 1 C. miso tea or soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 to 5 spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper


1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor until you obtain a creamy texture.
2. Adjust the amount of water as needed
