Position Description

The Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store by providing quality service to customers and good staff management. He or she must also ensure the profitability of the store, the attainment of objectives, contact with suppliers, and the preparation and delivery of reports required for accounting purposes. He or she must ensure that all employees are familiar with and comply with store procedures and health and safety standards.
