Under the authority of their supervisor, the Customer Service Employee must complete the tasks assigned to them while ensuring quality customer service.
Job Profile
- Assisting and advising customers
- Billing and charging customers
- Ensuring an attractive display of products in the store
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the store
- Respecting hygiene and health standards
- Informing the restock agent of the products that must be restocked
- Counting the register and returning it to the correct amount
- Carrying out the store opening and closing tasks
- Performing any other task assigned to them by their supervisor
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of zero waste lifestyle
- Experience in customer service
- Must be able to lift heavy items and to work standing up for 8 hours
