Under the authority of their supervisor, the Customer Service Employee must complete the tasks assigned to them while ensuring quality customer service.

Job Profile

  • Assisting and advising customers
  • Billing and charging customers
  • Ensuring an attractive display of products in the store
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the store
  • Respecting hygiene and health standards
  • Informing the restock agent of the products that must be restocked
  • Counting the register and returning it to the correct amount
  • Carrying out the store opening and closing tasks
  • Performing any other task assigned to them by their supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of zero waste lifestyle
  • Experience in customer service
  • Must be able to lift heavy items and to work standing up for 8 hours

Education
