Job Description

Under the authority of the manager, the Cleaning Clerk must ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and that the utensils are rotated within the store.

Job Profile

  • Cleaning and ensuring a rotation of gravity bins, dispensers, barrels, etc.
  • Cleaning and ensuring the weekly rotation of utensils
  • Respecting hygiene and health standards
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store and of the equipment
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work standing up for multiple hours
  • Must be able to lift heavy items
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in commercial cleaning and dishwashing

Education
